Heritage Sites Neglected In State Amaravati, Bhattiprolu : The ancient heritage sites of Guntur district are in a state of neglect for decades. The public hoped that herritage sites of Amaravati, Bhattiprolu, Undavalli and other sites would be developed into tourism centres with the establishment of new capital Amaravati, but in vain. The government every year conducts World Heritage Day on April 18.
